Why Patients Choose Mindful Movement PT
What Makes Our Physical Therapy Different?
We tailor the plan to the person in front of us. For back and neck concerns, selected movements and positions help us explore what changes your symptoms. We practice the starting plan together, then build movement and strength around your goals. Your experience between visits helps us decide what to keep, what to adjust and when to progress.
Start with a Free Case Review
