Kim Perry

“Dr. Emily Warren is an exceptional physical therapist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She quickly identified my back and leg issues within just a few appointments, leading to immediate improvements in my condition. Despite previous treatments, including two other physical therapy facilities and a cortisone injection, I had seen little progress until I started working with Emily. Her warm demeanor and genuine commitment to patient recovery create a comfortable environment. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of physical therapy support.”

Craig Boren

“Emily is one of a kind, a physical therapist with extensive training and knowledge on not only how the body works and moves, but also on treating the body as a whole (not just treating the symptoms). Her therapy sessions and follow-ups were always tailored to me personally, and I always felt like I was in really good hands. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to recover from an injury or to those dealing with long-term pain issues.”

Mia Dulude

Emily is fantastic. I’m a PT myself, so I’m picky about the kind of care I receive. I knew didn’t want to go to a big clinic and only work with the PT for a few minutes of the session, even if it meant paying a bit more. I am so glad I found Emily on Google. She did a very thorough evaluation, communicating well what she believed to be going on and what interventions we should try out. She’s listened to my concerns and has created a plan to improve my movements and workouts to decrease pain throughout and maximize my active lifestyle. She is efficient with her time spent with you. As a healthcare worker, I realize how expensive healthcare can be, but I really see the value in working with someone who is trustworthy, efficient, caring, realistic, and an expert in their field, which Emily is! I look forward to every session with her and would recommended anyone to her in a heartbeat.”

Mary Piciocchi

“Emily is amazing! In just a few sessions with her, doing very relaxing and easy exercises, my back pain has improved significantly. This is after years of trying everything else, including chiropractors, decompression therapy, other physical therapists, acupuncture… Emily has had me working on my pelvic floor, which is not something that any of the others I’ve seen have even mentioned. It’s made a world of difference. I’m so excited to have found her!”

Cristina Balent

“I had been managing my chronic back pain unsuccessfully for quite awhile until I met Dr. Emily. She quickly diagnosed my situation, listened attentively and designed a flexible program for me that meets my needs and works towards my goals. She’s easy to work with, incredibly communicative and a wonderful human. I would highly, highly recommend her.”

Susan Weyandt

“After suffering from chronic back pain for over two decades, I was skeptical that seeing yet another physical therapist would make a difference. My time working with Emily has exceeded my expectations and the progress was immediate. My pain has decreased, my confidence is much higher and overall quality of life improved.

A few things that set Emily and her practice apart from others: she asks really meaningful questions, not just about your pain or injury, but about your mental health and your lifestyle. And when you talk, she LISTENS. Working in her private studio creates a safe space to share your concerns, be vulnerable and try new things. Her approach is empowering and effective. And she’s a delightful human!

Emily is really great. I’ve been taking her class focused on folks who have had injuries or bone loss or related diagnosis. She’s created an environment that allows someone like me, coming back from injuries and inactivity, to gain back strength and track back into a regular strength and fitness routine without the risk of injury. She is very hands on and ensures form is correct, she teaches, and modifies where necessary. I looked for a while for this kind of a program and I’m so glad I found Emily’s class! It’s perfect for me.

I would do six stars if I could! That’s a lie I would do 100! Honestly, just a couple of sessions with Emily and I feel like I’ve been healed. I’ve been working on a back issue for nearly a year, and just a few different stretches and data points, and I’m moving nearly 100% again. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Emily has been fantastic. Her breadth of knowledge and interpersonal skills make her an exceptional PT. She really thinks about the individual and all the nuances that are unique to their situation. Not a one size fits all. She also makes an effort to check in between sessions to make sure things are moving in the right direction. I have really enjoyed working with her and I’m feeling so much better because of her guidance. Would recommend her to anyone!

I'm currently an older woman seeing Emily Warren for physical therapy weight training for osteoporosis. She is trained to safely guide clients according to the "LiftMor" protocol. She is a delight to work with and her office assistant Kristen is lovely. I'm grateful to have this resource available to me.

I went to see Emily after I tweaked my back, and she was a lifesaver. She did a thorough evaluation, really took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that made sense. I felt like I was on the path to recovery right away. She also uses a convenient app that keeps all my exercises easily accessible, which made staying consistent so much easier.

Emily is amazing!!! I came to her with neck and jaw pain. She helped me get quick relief with dry needling, but what really stood out was how thorough she was, she broke everything down and gave me clear, realistic things to do at home. Highly recommend!!!

After delivering my baby and the epidural wore off, I was having issues with my right leg. I had no strength to go upstairs and every time I bent my knee it felt like a bungee cord. The morning after my first dry needle session with Dr Emily the bungee feeling was much less intense. I used to have to use both hands to support me going up and down stairs. Since the second session I no longer need to hold onto rails and the wall when using the stairs. I’ve had many dry needle sessions at other places for other issues but none of them with such good results. Another nice thing about Dr Emily is she gives you useful home PT exercises . Can’t wait for my next session.
