Every evaluation begins with the McKenzie Method to pinpoint the mechanical source of your pain. If you don’t respond to that, we’ll pivot.
Do You Offer Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief?
Yes – Dr. Warren firmly believes in mindfulness! When traditional methods need support, we incorporate nervous system-based treatments like Feldenkrais and Franklin Method exercises, as well as yoga therapy and trauma-informed mindfulness. These strategies help calm the pain system and address the whole person – mind and body.
