Conditions treated in Greater Salt Lake City
Conditions Treated by Mindful Movement PT
If pain, injury, bone density concerns, or a confusing diagnosis has made movement feel uncertain, Mindful Movement PT gives you a clear place to start. Dr. Emily Warren provides one-on-one care for complex back pain, neck pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, pelvic health concerns, sports injuries, and orthopedic rehab. All in-person appointments are at our Holladay clinic, serving the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Dr. Emily’s reviews tend to highlight what patients notice in the room: she listens closely, explains what she is seeing, and gives them a home plan that matches their actual symptoms.
One-on-one evaluation
Your first visit is built around understanding your symptoms, movement patterns, goals, and what has or has not helped so far.
Clear clinical reasoning
Dr. Emily uses McKenzie Method assessment, dry needling when appropriate, strength testing, DEXA-informed loading, and practical movement coaching.
A plan you can trust
The goal is not a generic exercise sheet. It is a focused plan that helps you understand what to do, what to avoid, and how to progress.

Start with the task you want back: waking with a more comfortable neck or turning your head to check traffic. If a scan mentions a cervical disc bulge, our neck-disc recovery guide helps you connect the report with your symptoms and next decision.
